Shop Small, Win Big!
The Merry McMinnville “Scratch & Win” promotion, created by the McMinnville Downtown Association, encourages everyone to shop local this holiday season. Every purchase supports small businesses—and could earn you a festive prize!

How It Works:
From November 8 to December 31, 2025, shoppers will receive one scratch-off ticket for every purchase of $25 or more at participating retailers. Scratch to reveal your prize, then redeem your winnings at the business listed on your ticket.

This promotional activity is solely for entertainment purposes and is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling program. It is not sponsored by or associated with the Oregon Lottery or any other gaming entity.

Complimentary scratch-off tickets are available at the McMinnville Downtown Association office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Limit one ticket per person.

Locals Night 2025

We’re thrilled to share the first details for Locals Night 2025, happening Thursday, December 11th from 4–7 PM!

This new downtown tradition celebrates the shoppers who keep our district thriving and the small businesses that make McMinnville unique. With 25+ participating businesses already on board, this year is shaping up to be our best yet.

Scratch-Offs Are Back!
Participating businesses will offer special Locals Night scratch-offs on Dec 11th, with prizes redeemable Dec. 11–14. Think special discounts, fun perks, and exclusive treats — like Third Street Books 20% off any item in-store!

Introducing the Locals Night Bingo Card
On Thursday night only, shoppers can collect stamps from participating businesses. Grab 5 stamps and you’re entered to win our Locals Night raffle prize!

Make It Special
Businesses are adding their own flair that evening, from live jazz at La Bella Casa to candle-making at Nash & Nichol!

Community Giving
Some shops will collect food donations for YCAP, with some offering a bonus discount to customers who contribute.
